Word - check for political correctness
Yes, Microsoft has this feature! You can check for gender specific terms (policeman, chairman), cliches, colloquiallisms and jargon, misused words and much more. Go to Tools, Options, Spelling & Grammar, Grammar Settings and look at all the options under Style.
Outlook - Activities tab in Outlook contacts
If you use the Activities tab in Contacts, remember it lists all communications with that contact automatically. To see a preview of the emails, with a Contact open and in Activities, right click on the header bar (Subject, Received, Folder), click customise view, other settings and tick 'preview all items'. Much easier to quickly find the email you want, no matter where it is filed.

If you work with multiple workshets and name them you can quickly navigate among them by right clicking any of the arrows on the bottom left of the workbook. This will give you a list of all sheets, click the one you want. To use the keyboard to move to the previous or next worksheet, Ctrl + Page Up or Ctrl + Page Down

– C. Ashton, Career Services
“Everyone has really enjoyed your lessons and we have all learned so many new ways and things that we can do on our computers! The one-on-one lessons have been a huge success and to quote one of our residents ‘has been nothing short of brilliant’!”
– A. Maurer, Falls Estate Computer Club
“ I have just finished my one on one session with Linda Wallis as a follow on to a course that she presented earlier in the month. Linda is really patient, her advice is pertinent and delivered at a level that is easy to understand. The tips she has shown me will be time-saving and 'stress-saving'. I found the time I spent with her really useful. Thanks for providing us with such a great service!”
